WARM TIPS

1. Choose the right cleansing head as well asthe water tank when you start using it.

2. Please use the "spot suction" or"light lifting movement to clean. Don't stay in one place more than 3 seconds, just slide up and down.

Product Usage Tips

This product employs the principle of vacuum negative pressure to extract deep-seated impurities, such as blackheads and acne, by adsorbing the flow, thereby achieving the effective cleaning of pores. Due to its acceleration of the skin’s inner circulation, the occurrence of red marks during use is a normal phenomenon. There is no need for excessive concern, as these red marks typically fade gradually within 30 minutes. Meanwhile, we also recommend applying soothing masks after using the product to alleviate any discomfort.

How to Reduce Red Marks?

• When using the device, begin with the built-in hot compress mode-’Warm’ to fully open the pores. If you find that this function doesn't completely open your pores, you can use a hot towel as an aid for 5-8 minutes (especially recommended in cold winter weather). Sufficient hot compress can effectively open the pores, facilitating the easier suction of impurities and reducing the occurrence of red marks.
• As you transition to the ‘Vacuum’ mode, it is recommended to begin with the minimum suction force and gradually increase it as your skin adapts. Find the suction force that is most suitable for you.
• While using the device, avoid staying in the same facial area for more than 3 seconds. Utilize point suction or a gentle lifting and sliding cleaning method. Refrain from forcefully dragging the suction head, as it may exacerbate red marks or harm your skin.
• For optimal use of this device, we recommend following the sequence: ‘Warm’-’Vacuum’-’Cleaning’-’Ice’. We suggest opting for the low level during the ‘Warm’ and ‘Ice’ modes, and choosing a level that suits you for the ‘Vacuum’ and ‘Cleaning’ modes. If your skin is delicate, you can adjust the steps accordingly. For example, consider using a hot towel to open your pores for 5-8 minutes before proceeding, and then exclusively use the ‘Warm’ function for cleaning the skin. This approach can still yield effective cleansing results.
• After use, rinse the skin with clean water and apply a soothing mask to alleviate any discomfort, speeding up the fading of red marks.
