How long does it take to see results with the ViQure LED Light Therapy Mask?
Most users who consistently use the mask for 10 minutes daily, 3 to 4 times a week, see results in as little as 4 weeks. Actual results may vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, and frequency of mask use.

Is the product suitable for all skin tones?
Our product is not recommended for individuals with Type I or Type V–VI skin.
Type I skin is highly prone to sunburn and photosensitivity, and exposure to red and near‑infrared light may trigger a photostress response (mild redness, burning sensation, or pigmentation), often leading to discomfort or excessive reactions.
In darker skin tones, melanin absorbs more light energy, particularly red and near‑infrared wavelengths.
For Type V–VI skin, excessive heat absorption increases the risk of localized burns and makes pigmentation more likely.
Can I still use it if I have acne or wounds on my face?
If you have open wounds or acnein the acute phase of acne with significant redness and swelling, or have experienced sunburn within the last two weeks，our products are not suitable for you.
If you are in the later stages of inflammation, with the redness and swelling subsiding but you want to repair acne scars, you can use red light therapy.
If you want long-term anti-inflammatory and skin-repairing effects, then the combination of red light and near-infrared light is best.
Is the LED Light Therapy Mask painful to use?
The device is completely painless, with gentle and even energy distribution. Please feel free to use it.
Who should avoid using ViQure LED Light Therapy Mask?

Can I use the LED Light Therapy Mask during menstruation, pregnancy, or breastfeeding?
It isnot recommended to use our device during menstruation, pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Hormonal fluctuations during these periods may increase skin sensitivity, potentially leading to discomfort or adverse reactions. To ensure safety, it is advised to consult a healthcare professional before use, to determine if it is suitable based on your individual health condition.
How do I select the mode?
The device is preset with 4 modes. It defaults to the red light mode when powered on. Briefly press the power button to cycle through the phototherapy modes. For detailed information about the modes, please refer to section 4.3 of the user manual.
Can the battery be replaced?
No.
How many times per week is it recommended to use the device?
If you are using the device for the first time, please perform a sensitivity test first. If no discomfort occurs, it is recommended to use it for 10 minutes per session, 3–4 times per week.
One detail I didn't expect to appreciate so much was the nose design. Most LED masks I've owned split around the middle of the nose, leaving a noticeable gap where very little light actually reaches. This mask covers the entire nose area much more completely, which makes the treatment feel far more consistent across my whole face.
After about six weeks of use, I noticed that not only did my skin look smoother and brighter, but the redness around my nose and upper cheeks seemed calmer as well. My complexion appears more even, and I experience less irritation after long days outdoors or wearing makeup. It may seem like a small design change, but having full coverage instead of light only reaching the sides of the nose makes a bigger difference than I expected.
