Free shipping, no minimum purchase

Everyone gets free standard delivery on everything with no minimum purchase.

1.When will I receive my order ?

Once you have placed an order with us, we will process it and arrange the shipping for you within 1-2 business days. And once it’s shipped, your order will be delivered promptly within 2-8 business days according to the feedback of our logistic partners.

If you haven't received your order within 8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please feel free to contact us at support@viqure.com, with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

3. Which shipping carriers are available ?

Under normal circumstances, our warehouse will choose the optimal logistics solution according to the actual situation, including USPS / FedEx/ DHL and other logistics carriers we often use.

United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom, China (including Hong Kong SAR and Taiwan) .

5. Will I be notified when my ViQure order is about to be delivered ?

  • There will be no notification prior to carrier delivery. The carrier link provided on your Online Order Support will provide the latest delivery information.
  • Do I need to sign for delivery? The Shipment might require a signature depending up on various factors, including product type, price, delivery location Etc.
  • If you are not available to sign for the delivery, you can arrange for another adult to accept the delivery on your behalf –at the same address.

6. Can I change my delivery address ?

  • If you wish to change your shipping address or items purchased on an order that has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the request and process the changes upon your request.
  • However, if the order has already been shipped out, we will be unable to make any changes to the shipping address or items purchased. In this case, you will need to follow our return or exchange process after receiving the package.

7. Where can I check the status of my ViQure Order

Email: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which concludes a link to the order status page you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
