1) Apply a warm compress before use to fully open pores. If you feel that the warm mode of this device can not fully open the pores, you can use a hot towel for 5-8 minutes (especially in cold weather). This step can effectively open the pores so that dirt can be sucked out more easily and red marks can be reduced.
2) First-timers are advised to try from the smallest suction power, and then increase it after the skin gets used to it to find the most suitable state.
3) Please dab or gently lift and slide suction heads without dragging hard or staying in the same place for more than 5s, otherwise it will aggravate the red marks or even hurt your skin.
4) We recommend you follow the process of Warm-Vacuum-Cleaning-Ice, choosing a lower level for Warm and Ice, and a proper level for Vacuum and Cleaning. Steps can also be reduced without compromising the effect if you have delicate skin, for example, use a hot towel for 5-8 minutes before use to fully open the pores and then use the Warm mode for cleaning.
5) Wash your skin with water after use. You can speed up the reduction of red marks by applying ice or using a soothing mask if necessary.
1) The device can not be turned on due to low battery. Please try later after charging for 3-4 hours (The device is charging when the battery level symbol blinks). If charging fails, it may be resulted from incompatible charging devices, please use 5V-1A charging head and charging cable.
